WAX COLOUR – CRUDE (REVIEW)

AHEAD OF THEIR HIGHLY ANTICIPATED DEBUT EP, WAX COLOUR TREAT US TO NEW SINGLE “CRUDE”.

WAX Colour are back with an aggressive, upbeat new track titled “Crude”.

The watery intro makes way for raw guitars that continue on as the riff to this track are different to the usual Wax Colour sound. Lead singer Charls’ vocals carry a lot of sass as he cries “girl” it sounds nothing short of something you could expect from Peace frontman Harry Koisser.

The track explodes into something Wax Colour have shied away from on their last two releases (or maybe just saved it for this one). It’s heavy, it’s tight and it’s incredibly infectious.

Whilst listening, you can picture this track live, fans bouncing around in an intimate venue as Wax Colour unleash this bouncy, head-bopper on stage.

Listen to “Crude” below:

Wax Colour’s DIY EP is out February 3rd.
